How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 4 - 10 business days for delivery. All of our products are dispatched within 2 business days. However, during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may be delayed slightly.

We will email you a tracking number, usually after we have shipped your order.

Most of our items shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia will take 2 - 4 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.

Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer because of couriers and customs inspection. So please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within 30 days.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.

It's ok if you changed your mind. These things happen. 

To start the process, please send us an email at info@pjkitchenaccessories.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong item)
  • What you'd like(exchange or refund)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
